Common Questions

Payment? A seventy five dollar deposit is required within 72-hours of booking.
Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express through Paypal.

  • Rates are per night, based upon a 2 night minimum stay and do not include $80 maid fee.
  • Rentals of  7 days or longer receive a 10% discount.

    What if something in the home doesn't work or is broken? Just call us and let us know. While equipment function can not be 100% guaranteed, repairs to malfunctioning equipment will be done as soon as possible. We will attempt to fix problems in a timely manner, within our means.

    What is asked of the renter upon departure? Please return the key to the kitchen hutch if you have used it. Cleaning is an option at our home.  Maid service must be paid for and requested prior to your stay.  No cleaning is required of the renter if paid for; however, if the renter starts at least one load of towels and starts the dishwasher, it is very much appreciated. The house should be left in a condition similar to the way you found it.

    • Empty all trash into outdoor trash cans. Help us keep the animals out of the garbage by tightly securing the lids on the garbage cans.
    • Check closets, drawers and under beds for personal items.
    • Turn heat down to 55 in the winter and off in the summer.
    • Close and lock all windows and doors.
    Cancellation?
    • Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival for refund.  
    • Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
    • There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds.

    Check-in/out? Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is 10 AM.  Confirmation of check-in and out times will be confirmed when key information is delivered.

    Phone? Our home has a phone for your convenience. Any long distance phone calls must be made collect or with a calling card or credit card.

    Lost or Stolen Items? We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  If something is found we will do our best to return item to owner.

    Pets? Pets are allowed with prior consent only.

    Smoking Policy? Smoking is not allowed inside home.  People in your group who wish to smoke, may do so outside only. 

    Do the homes have cable? We have a basic sataltie channel line up.

    Is there medical facilities? Yes. The Lincoln City Hospital. The nearest pharmacy is Wal-Mart or Rite Aide both are located in Lincoln City (on the north end of town as you enter Lincoln City)

    POLICIES AND RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

    Rental Policies 

    • We do not allow camping in tents, on decks or patios or in RVs or campers on the property.
    • The primary registered guest on the reservation must be 21 years of age and must be staying at the vacation rental for the entire visit. The primary registered guest will be held responsible for any expenses incurred during the visit.  
    • The renter agrees to use the property in a fashion for which it is reasonably intended.  The renter will not act in a manner which will infringe upon other guests or neighbors rights, enjoyment or use of property or adjacent property.

    Policies & Guidelines During Your Visit

    • Read notices posted in the home for specific information and instructions regarding the house.
    • Please be sure to put all garbage in the outside garbage cans the night before garbage pick up (Wednesday evening). Please be sure garbage can lids are on tight (to keep animals out). 
    • Be sure not to leave any goods or garbage outside.  The crows will get curious.
    • Do not move furniture or otherwise remodel the home.
    • Make sure you clean the BBQ and return to carport after each use.
